Floor profiles

With cover changers, it is not always easy to find one that solves our specific aesthetic and technical problems.

Floor profiles are often not visible, especially in the bathroom or on the balconies. Routine builders and renovators already know that our floors look like a half-arm giant without quality floor profiles.

So we can rightly say that we put the crown on our floor with a good floor profile.

WIDE RANGE

Expansion and threshold profiles that hide gaps and gaps, end- closing profiles that aesthetically close the coverings, non-slip stair profilesbridging profiles are all available from BauDekor ProfiFloor in anodised aluminum and matt and bright stainless steel.

A good floor profile must perform its main tasks as perfectly as possible: depending on the type, it hides and protects the gaps between the coverings , the possible difference in level and the cut edge of the covering, while at the same time providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Good to know!

  • When choosing an anodized aluminum profile, make sure that the product has a minimum surface area of 12 microns .

  • A material thickness of 0.8 mm is recommended for stainless steel profiles and 1 mm for aluminum profiles, so they will certainly not deform. If the selected profile has a well-fixed and high-quality silicone-based self-adhesive strip, it will last even longer.
